LBD

So I am finally going to get that little black dress I've been wanting since back in September when I went to Hilton Head. It's Badgley Mischka and I think it's perfect because it will work for church, work (if i ever get a job), a funeral, and it could be dressed up for a party. It's coming in the mail on Friday. Yay!

Yes Yes Yes!

Blair + Nate = Perfection. Blair and Nate should just let bygones be bygones. They are the perfect couple. Perhaps his grandfather can get them both into Yale.

Kate Spade Apparel

Kate Spade is my ultimate favorite brand. I like Kate Spade bags and shoes a lot. But I LOVE Kate Spade clothing. If only I could afford them. If I had a job, and if it were appropriate for the job, I would wear Kate Spade each and every day.

Say It Ain't So

After Blair got denied by Yale and said it was Karma, Weezer started blaring in my head. Blair has done nothing wrong. She can't just roll over. She HAS to go to YALE. The undergraduate college a person attends defines her for life. It is the most important thing. Screw facebook for becoming all public and no longer defining us by what colleges our friends attended. Has Blair really conceded? Say it ain't so.

Feeling Pouty

If everyone loves me so much how come they won't give me $535 so that I can go see Britney at Nassau Coliseum next Monday??? H

Augusta Kids

I know it's totally crazy but prior to last night I had never been to Carnegie Hall. Jessye Norman, the Soprano, and the Roots did a performance based on Langston Hughes's Ask Your Mama! I saw something about it in the March issue of Town & Country so I decided to finally check out the venue and support a fellow Augustan. Jessye Norman is the most famous person from Augusta (now that James Brown has passed away), but I'd never seen her perform. She was amazing. ?uestlove did spoken word and the orchestra was fantastic. I can't tell you how great it felt for me to watch another woman who comes from where I'm from doing something so awesome here in the city. It was inspiring.

Awww

My friends E and J just had a beautiful baby girl. The are NYU alums which means I will be sending them something of this nature real soon.

I can't wait to have a baby. He or she will be sporting NYU garb all day everyday. I already got them stuff from their registry but I didn't think of this till I saw J in his NYU sweatshirt holding the baby. Any input into which item I should get is welcome. Babies grown quickly so I better get it soon. Here are some more NYU baby clothes.
